Our services are built for real life in Toronto: busy schedules, different fitness levels, and different goals. You can train for fun, improve your technique, get fitter, or prepare for matches — without pressure or a "you must be perfect" attitude. Every session includes a clear plan, coaching support, and time to ask questions, so you always understand what you are doing and why.
We offer both group and private options, plus focused sessions for specific skills. You can start with a basic plan and upgrade later when you feel ready. If you are not sure what to choose, our team can help you pick the best option based on your level, time, and goals.
Our Football Services and Prices (CAD)
Group Football Training (Adults)
A relaxed group session with warm-up, ball control, passing drills, movement, and small-sided games. Great for building a routine and meeting other players in Toronto.
Group Football Training (Kids & Teens)
Fun, safe training for young players. We focus on coordination, basics, confidence, and teamwork, with a friendly coach who explains everything clearly.
Private 1-on-1 Coaching
Personal training built around your goals: first touch, dribbling, shooting, speed, or match confidence. Perfect if you want fast progress with full coach attention.
Small Group Coaching (2–4 players)
Train with friends or family and share the cost. A coach runs drills that fit your group level, with plenty of touches on the ball and game-like exercises.
Skills Focus Session (Ball Control + Dribbling)
A specialised training focused on first touch, tight control, quick turns, and dribbling under pressure. Ideal if you want to feel more comfortable on the ball.
Finishing & Shooting Session
Work on shooting technique, placement, timing, and confidence in front of goal. Includes different shooting angles and realistic finishing drills.
Fitness for Football (Speed + Agility)
Football-specific fitness: acceleration, agility, balance, and movement. This is not a "gym style" class — it is built for how football actually feels.
Match Play Night (Small-Sided Games)
A session mostly focused on playing. Short warm-up, then structured small-sided games with fair teams and light coaching tips during breaks.
